The Brief:
Coming into a project mid-way through is always difficult, and even more tricky when it is for a big named client. I was contracted to JCB on a short-term contract with the sole purpose of supporting and delivering exceptional exhibitions.

The Challenge:
JCB hadn’t exhibited at PWX for 4 years (pre pandemic), their return to this event was huge. And the stand had to match the expectation from visitors, dealers, colleagues and the industry.

Two things not in our favour were the shortened build time – shorter by a week. And the weather, you can always rely on PWX weather to be wet, windy and generally challenging

Oh, and the logistical challenge of getting all the machines to the site on time, positioned and show ready!

The Solution:
JCB does teamwork extremely well. Everything is planned to the last detail, who is doing what and when. They work with trusted suppliers who know the brand and understand what it is to deliver and event on this scale.

Preparation and planning. You have always got to anticipate bad weather, delivery issues and missing branding – the trick is to know who call!

Best Stand at PWX 2025 for JCB!
