The brief:
To plan and deliver a 3 working demo show for the construction industry.

The challenge:
Dealing with 350+ exhibitors, H&S, and abundance of forms, questions & queries, show logistics, team briefings, supplier management….

The solution:
Working as a team, we delivered a successful show. It may have been boiling hot, but some things we can’t change! To deliver this huge event we needed everyone’s skills, patience, plenty of technology, but most importantly exhibitors who wanted to be a part of the event and showcase their products.

The result:
A hugely successful show. Visitor numbers back to where they were pre-Covid.
