The Brief:
To project manage the development and build of the Virtual Platform for ISF 2025.
To lead client on client meetings and oversee the team to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
To ensure the platform functions as the client and delegates need it to.

The Challenge:
I have only ever attended virtual events before, never overseen the development and build of one! There was a lot to learn… particularly to terminology used! The client and existing team had all worked on the event before, so I had plenty of experience around me.

The client had used a virtual platform before – my job was to ensure the platform did what it needed to do, but also had a new look and feel (and from an events perspective, was user friendly and on brand)

The Solution:
Working closely with the team and the client to get the right look and feel for the platform.

To look at feedback from past years to see what the delegates wanted.
To keep the client informed about updates and changes and involve them in testing.

The Result:
A virtual platform that client and delegates were happy with!
And it looked AMAZING!!!
