The brief:
To plan and deliver Inspire Justice Awards 2024 (these awards shine a light on the incredible individuals and teams who make up the wider justice sector workforce). I was dealing with event logistics, planning, speaker & staff briefings and supplier management.

The challenge:
The Awards Lunch fell at the start of September – planning an event over the summer, always has its challenges… mainly getting hold of everyone!!
There was also a lot more registrations for the event than in previous years.

The solution:
To plan ahead and book in regular client meetings, venue meetings, speaker briefings and the staff briefing. To ensure project plan and timings were up to date, so the client could review details. To put together a marketing plan to ensure the correct information was passed over to suppliers

The result:
A highly successful event!
