The brief:
Hybrid Event Management (Side Meetings) – to ensure speakers, delegates joining the sessions (virtually) were prepared and ready to go live on stage. To work with the technical team and wider Hybrid Production Team.

The challenge:
Tech! Ensuring people joining the call (session) had the right tech, and know how to use it!

The solution:
Script prepared to ensure all questions answered and that all speakers ready for the call (session). Working with the Tech team, for help and advice – the calls (sessions) had to start on time.

The result:
The Side Meetings were a massive success! All speakers and delegates were admitted to their calls (sessions) on time, prepared and ready to go live on stage.
The stream was available ‘live’ on the COP28 platforms!
