The site:
Glasgow Science Centre Car Park

The brief:
Plan and oversee outdoor installations and exhibitions in the public-facing Green Zone; to showcase the best in climate science and action.

The challenge:
An outdoor exhibition. In November. In a car park. With curbs, winter weather, access issues, royal guests and protesters (need I say more?)

The solution:
On-the-spot problem solving, careful consideration of curb stones, intense liaison with exhibitors (+ endless cups of tea), and precise planning for setup and breakdown.

The result:
The event was a huge success with more exhibitions and creative installations than originally planned, excellent footfall and flow, highly engaged visitors and enthusiastic exhibitors.
