The Brief:
To lead on the logistics and planning for the Excellence Awards. The aim of ABPCO Excellence Awards is to highlight, reward and recognise professionals within the events industry. The awards are peer nominated.

The Challenge:
The main challenge here was being brought onto the project with only a couple of months to go. The venue visits had been, a lot of the ways of working had been decided and the client still wanted to be very much involved

The Solution:
Building a strong relationship with the client, venue and suppliers so they were confident the event would be delivered as they had envisioned.
Being transparent with ways of working, deadlines and expectations.
Enjoying the planning process with the client – this was an event for our peers… success was paramount.

The Result:
High turnout to all aspects of the event.
Fantastic feedback on the planning, the content, the venue, the awards.
And one stunning looking awards hall!
